when the Ishhhh ways you down keep going because it makes you stronger wiser an more of a Man/Woman. The crap that holds us down is only there to weigh us down till we are strong enough to carry it . Its what makes life worth living an keeps it fun sometimes sad as Ishh but all around is good for you so take it an love it!!! lol
